Will diff from clk320 fit 430?

Hi guys
Thanks in advance and sorry to sound amateurish. I've just bought '99 clk 430 which has turbo on it. It's proper fast ( yes there is a lag , but once it get going it's fun ). I've researched LSD and options are :
One from clk 55 amg / lots of work , quaife / quite pricey . So I thought of getting standard diff from 430 ( not that widely available )or 320 ( lots of them ) and weld and swap. Will that work ?

320 has a different ratio. Someone who is competant with star developer can code a different ratio into the car. Otherwise your esp will go mad and shut down your fun immediately. P.S. driving a car with a welded diff on the road is a pain in the backside...and you will snap driveshafts.
