Monaro airbag recall earth spring

Hi folks.

Only had the Monaro a few weeks and heard there was a recall in 2006 for side airbags firing due to static buildup in the front seats.

I very helpful Chris at Picador checked the VX history for my car today, and the recall work is listed as still outstanding. Took a pic of the seat underside on my car however; I reckon the spring circled is the earthing mod fitted during the recall. Can anyone confirm? Ta.
