Ford Focus 2001 strange noise when idel 1.6 Petrol

Hi I have a strange noise hapening when my car is ideal it was out of oil one day when the noise started it sounded like something was wraped around my tyre but no its not the tyres def the engine as the car noise gets louder when the accerlator is pressed.

I hope some can tell me its not eh bearing off the engine :-( fear worst. Did not drive car since heard it.
