W124 font window motor & regulator - part nos?

Following on from this topic - my driver's side window has now stopped working as well!

So - bit of help chaps:

1 - can anyone outline a sensible diagnostic process to eliminate switches, fuses & relays - without any kind of electrical knowledge/equipment and without taking the door cards off yet? I will replace fuses G & H at the weekend, and clean the contacts, but I don't suspect that'l help.

When I rock the switches I can hear a faint clicking at the motor which presumably means power is getting to both motors and they are jammed or dead?

2 - can anyone tell me the correct part numbers for the front window regulators/motors? The car is a 260E saloon, registered 02/10/89.

That's the sort of thing I was looking for, 220te. Thanks, I'll bookmark for ref.

Unfortunately it only lists front window regulators without motors for my car. Does that imply the motors are always separate?
