Which spark plugs
Discussion
Either of the NGK ones in the FAQs will work
BCPR6ES-11
BCPR5ES-11
The 5 is hotter than the 6. Typically 'the internet' seems to think going 1 notch cooler if you're say 100bhp+ over stock. Otherwise the 5 is going to be better.
Both will probably work fiiiine though, they're normally a 2 or 3 quid each.

Cheers dude..I'm putting out 380bhp but with a gas conversion
Installer says oe...which I heard were iridium ..is this just a longevity thing.
So 6 would be better.?
Yes, OE is iridium. Will last much longer than a copper plug, especially with gas. Just fit another set of stock plugs.Installer says oe...which I heard were iridium ..is this just a longevity thing.

Ringram isn't here to fight for copper...theoretically (although perhaps not noticeably) better, but does need changing more often. You pays your money...Installer says oe...which I heard were iridium ..is this just a longevity thing.
