Either of the NGK ones in the FAQs will work

BCPR6ES-11

BCPR5ES-11

The 5 is hotter than the 6. Typically 'the internet' seems to think going 1 notch cooler if you're say 100bhp+ over stock. Otherwise the 5 is going to be better.

Both will probably work fiiiine though, they're normally a 2 or 3 quid each.

Cheers dude..I'm putting out 380bhp but with a gas conversion
Installer says oe...which I heard were iridium ..is this just a longevity thing.
So 6 would be better.?

Yes, OE is iridium. Will last much longer than a copper plug, especially with gas. Just fit another set of stock plugs.

Ringram isn't here to fight for copper...theoretically (although perhaps not noticeably) better, but does need changing more often. You pays your money...

What roger said, if you have stock HT leads change at same time in my experience.

In Oz we used to ditch the Iridium plugs for copper V-groove as soon as possible......

Went copper here. Partially because they were £10 for a full set on a Halfruads trade card smile
