Hi everyone, after a period of nearly two years away from this Forum and recuperating abroad, I am back to offer my posts and experience to all members.
I know quite a lot about watches but have no intention of breaking the rules by offering any watch repairing services.
On my travels I picked up a nice little MG clock, which is made of light oak, octagonal and the dial is in marquetry.

In which area should I put it for sale ?
Can I upload a photo ?

Thanks,
Brendan.

Classifieds - no for sale posts are allowed in the forums.

Hey Brendan, nice to have you back – I presume you've forgotten your old account login details?
If you were to use it, then you'd be able to avail of the Classifieds for free, depending on when you first registered, otherwise it'll cost a few quid with this account.
You could put the clock in the Watches category, or Other.

No I haven't forgotten my old login but I got a message saying I had to register again for mentioning that I am a watchmaker.

Can I do anything about that ?

Don't wish to break the rules.

Thanks,

Brendan.

Interesting.

New user, signs up and manages to reveal in his very first post that he's a watchmake and now has a clock he'd like to sell.

An advert I assume that will be removed?

wavey Brendan. I believe you are probably the same Brendan that has just started to repost on TZUK as well? I am over on that site under a different user name. If so welcome back.

For anyone that has a smart comment to make, if it is the same guy then he is well known over on TZ and has a good rep so go easy eh.

More than there is for watchmakers touting for business, which is immediately how you appear. There was a reason why PH didn't allow you to use your old ID, but you clearly don't catch on too quickly.
