My Seiko Monster SRP307J1 is about 3 months old

so the movement has settled down now

But it runs about 45s a day slow, by comparison my SKX009 which is around 10s fast

leaving it face up or down, crown up or down over night has almost zero effect.

where aside from Seiko UK can I get it regulated/served?

A Manchester local firm would be ideal

That is a bit slow for the movement. Take it back with the receipt?

You said it was 3 months old!

I'd send it to http://www.rytetimewatchrepairs.co.uk/

He serviced my Omega SMP!

Oh, RLT can regulate it. Regulating might be cheaper.

If, as it reads, the watch is still under warranty, then have Seiko UK look at it.

45 s/day loss is a bit high unless it came out of the factory badly regulated in the first place - wouldn't normally expect "settling down" to make more than maybe 5 - 10 s/day difference on one of those at most. So it may well not be a simple regulation issue.

As PJS says, if you have warranty left (even second hand) then use it!
