What is the difference between Ultima GTR (2002) and Ultima Sports (1998/1999)?
Is suspension between the two models the same?
What about chassis?

Very little difference. The big changes were body work. Mainly for aero effect and to make the car more SVA friendly.
Under the skin the changes were small. Rad mounts, body mounting brackets and a few other minor mods!
