Aside from being a very thinly veiled "my car's for sale" thread, it's a genuine question - which are the busier VW forums where an advert will get the most attention?

Also, does anyone use Autotrader anymore? Will consider shelling out £50 if it's worth it, but seems silly otherwise...is eBay a better bet???

Thanks,

Martin.

For you as you've been on PH for long enough, PH 1st.

Autotrader

eBay

If priced right it will sell.

What's the spec?

Year, Miles, Colour, Gearbox, Doors, Interior, Wheel Size?

Just sold mine. Used Autotrader and Pistonheads. I'd give the Golf forums a miss, hardly any views, serious ones anyway.
I had 1000 views in a week on Autotrader and sold it via there a week after. Plenty of interest off Pistonheads too.

Recently sold,my ed30 on ebay classified had plenty of interest

One of the busy forums is mk5gti but I wouldn't bother with trying to sell on there have a look at the for sale section and see what you think

Thanks guys.

It's an '07 with good spec (red, leather, 6cd, manual 5dr, fvwsh) and good condition, so it should sell quite easily. Just knowing where to get the most interest from...

Might check eBay out, compare their fees vs AT. But sounds like AT is still the biggest marketplace, like it or not...
