Quotes messed up with symbols in username

If you quote anyone with a symbol in their username it messes up that quote and all other quotes in your entire message. One quote above is with ? and the other one with it removed which should display properly, but it doesn't. If you remove the ? from the top quote, both quotes will then display properly.

Broken. Needs fixing.

Always has been. Given the user in question, the simplest solution is to ignore them.
