Won't let me post quote in a thread!!

Won't let me post in a thread!!

Tried to quote a post but continually posting the quote with a blank post from me!!!

When I click "quote all" then the post opens, I try to click in the dialogue box at which point it automatically posts my post without allowing me to type any text, tried it a couple of times but same thing happens
