Bluetooth Upgrade and Reversing Camera

Morning all,

Has anybody had the new bluetooth upgrade carried out and/or the reverse camera fitted? I'm considering both for when my car goes for service but would like to hear some feedback if anybody has any experience with them. The bluetooth is a no-brainer for me if it works well, so I can stream spotify etc, but I'm yet to be convinced on the camera.
