Need to change my e-amil address on account - HELP PLEASE

Morning. Can someone please assist ? I've been sent an e-mail from another poster as requested but I've realised the e-mail linked to my account is no longer used (i've not had any e-mail via pistonheads for some time as you can probably guess). I've been on this morning to update it but it's one of the things I can't change.

Can someone please advise ?
