Had my A5 in for scheduled service under the free servicing is came with as an approved used car. They noted that they would be carrying out a recall inspection on the earth connection.
On collection they noted that they'd inspected and replaced as per the recall note and, as this shouldn't have needed doing on any Audi have a free gift. Handed me a plainish Audi branded box. I assumed a diecast R8 or similar. Got home and opened it up to find a watch inside that retails at £250 on their site. Quite unexpected and a really nice gesture.
