How to "Magnus Walker" my 993?
Discussion
I love the videos of Magnus Walker in his Outlaw 911s. He seems to keep the engine standard and the results sound and look amazing.
Where do I start? Does anyone have pictures/info of a 993 Outlaw?
I'm thinking about changing the wheels, exhaust, steering wheel then adding a stripe of some stickers like MW does. I would like everything to be reversible too.
Any ideas?

When you think that his cars are race inspired, if you followed the line you'd be looking at turning your car into a GT2 look car.
For me, this is absolute sex on wheels, but you'd have to be brave to change a mint car into this! Let's face it, this is basically what the RWB begriff cars are based upon.

If you didn't want to completely change your car (understandable), then the race cars of the era were on the BBS LM style wheels. You could just get those on, some snazzy suspension and some period Cup car interior bits.
Here is a model of a German ADAC car for inspiration.

Grow a beard, don't visit a barber for a couple of years, get yourself a mid-Atlantic accent and some scruffy looking clothes, and I think you'll be well on the way.Where do I start?

Seems a nice bloke, but can't stand his cars personally.

You missed out the bit where you have to constantly say OPP (and then clarifying that by saying Other Peoples Porsches) as if its a cool statement that marks you out as some super-witty individual
As a side note, I don't mind Magnus Walker at all as anyone who loves 911's as much as he does is OK in my book
I wouldn't try and copy his style on a 993, I am not convinced it would work. Mind you, hes doing a 964 at the moment and it will be interesting to see how that turns out.
I would just make what you want. Have a play around with photoshop and come up with maybe 5 designs and share them on here for views?
Get ready for the abuse though!

This is the most performance tuning Walker does..
at least he does it himself
Ask him... he has an engine builder, body shop guy, painter, mechanic and buys all his parts....Here it is from Aqualung himself at :35 seconds...

Well the standard procedure for a 'Magnus inspired 993' would seem to be:
1) Take 1 x white 993

2) Remove front bumper and paint
3) Remove rear bumper and paint
4) Either paint bonnet or add stripes
5) Colour code rear lid to match bonnet colour or bonnet stripe colour
6) Add Porsche script to rear lid below badge
7) Paint spoiler grille silver or to match lid
8) Add Porsche script to doors
9) Add gold wheels to taste
10) Add numbers if required
11) Add Magnus Walker badge under side mirror
12) Consider whether door mirrors need colour coding
See examples of previous work for inspiration.

It would be a fun exercise.

Can't really say why, but something about this :

floats my boat.

Somehow the split rim Turbo twists are really tacky, yet they work on some levels
I'd chuck a set of the rough cast ali centre E88 BBS splitties on for the full effect.
