Anyone fitted any similar on their cars

It is made of carbon fibre.

It is only 4 inches above the ground. It it's only just clears speed humps.

the engine alone would cost several grand. if the chassis is in kind of a decent
condition seems to be good value

I spoke to Rob, (V8D) last year and he said that an engine the same spec as mine, (5.5) would be at least £10K.

So good value!

have the 4.6 Eales and lovely engine. Just curious whats the redline on your 5.5 ?

MS set at soft cut at 6K and full cut at 6,250.

Max power is produced at 5,300 so no need to rev further.

thats quite nice ! i remember you having the 4.6 in the other chim and now having the 5.5 with the
triple act plenum. really tempted by getting either a triple or bike throttle bodies on the v8.

can you compare the the throttle response with the triple plenum to the standard one ?
mine with the standard one feels like an old lady if you shortly push the pedal

Response is like a bike engine, instant.

This is helped by the aluminium flywheel which is a lot lighter.

'fraid not.

This one was specifically made up for a cerb but was not used.

I bought it unused and adapted it to fit the chim.

The guy who made it, (who is unknown to me) wasn't interested in making any more as it took longer to produce than he thought, (so I was told).
