But they won't say what it's for. Macan GT5? Panamera GT5? Maybe a Cayenne GT5 Diesel? laugh

Isn't there a planned 960 mid engined car coming out? Though might be more the other end of the number scale...

Arguably the Spyder already is the Boxster GT5... a 981 GTS with the 3.8L engine, some weight savings and a bigger spoiler/more "sporty" roof design.

Maybe a stripped 4-cylinder turbo Cayman or Boxster with sporty suspension below the 50k GBP mark, an (even more) affordable entry GT car would make sense? Kind of Porsche's version of the GT86/BRZ.

That way they could continue to offer the GT4 as NA flat six in the future and offer something focused for markets with crazy tax on displacement/Co2 emissions like China.

I have printed off a letter of intent and written a cheque for £25000 as a deposit so that I can obtain a GT5. I am going to be outside an OPC at 8.00 a.m. tomorrow, waiting to get in and supplicate.

It will be brilliant in all respects and mine will be even better.

Shortly I will be starting several threads to explain why a car I have never driven is better than all other cars.

Most of you won't get one, because you aren't special enough and don't understand cars the way I do.

In fact, just get off my forum, you losers.

You should have waited for the GT5 RS. Your loss. I have successfully secured all 200 LOI slots because it will be the last naturally aspirated manual Porsche and a very sold investment. Thank you Porsche for building these depreciation free cars. I could not afford them otherwise.

I've heard there's going to be extra allocation, so at least 500 cars available.
Are you speccing buckets and adjustable LCA's in yours?

GT5 Future values?

What do you think a GT5 will be worth in 5 years time?

No doubt it will be turbo and have electric steering which may lessen the appeal for many.

Anyone heard anything about GT5 gear ratios yet?
