Lambda Sensor Spanner Size?

Same size as a plug spanner.
Incidentally, after slotting a box spanner and then finding it couldn't take the torque, I found that I could get the sensor out with an ordinary 1/2" drive socket. I pushed the pins out of the plug, the wires and seal pushed through the hole in the socket, the body of the lambda sensor (just, by a fraction) fits through the hole too, and the socket goes on far enough to engage the hexagonal base of the sensor. Padded mole grips on the outside of the socket have enough grip to undo the sensor.
Worth a try bfore you wreck a perfectly good box spanner.

I managed to butcher a 12mm spark-plug socket (as in a M12 spark plug thread). The hex was 18mm across flats. Torque-up is 18-23 Nm
When I say butcher I mean the hole through the middle of the socket had to be opened out to ~1/2" to go over the top of the sensor (~12mm). I did this with a stone on the dremel.
