Help needed with new Monitors

We have just replaced our office CRT monitors with LCD. One of my colleagues has a problem in that the screen resolution cannot be changed from 600x400, with the result that some of our software screen images are too big for his screen and not all fields will display.
We are mostly running Windows 98, and nobody else has this problem.
Any ideas?

Sounds like you need to reinstall the video card drivers.

Use windows update to find newer (maybe better) video drivers.
