Chris Crafts, any experiences?

I've been offered a good price on a Chris Craft Roamer 43.

It's in tidy condition and running twin diesels.

Not seen it yet but current owner says it's really seaworthy and good for coastal cruising.

Anyhow I'll throw it out to the PH Hive Mind as to if they are any good or not.

Oh, here's a couple in ads, shows the hull lines pretty well (very traditional in my view)
