Apart from the obvious "It looks like a bad Photoshop job....", this begs the question:
Would you get plastic surgery?
Mainly aimed at the blokes (in keeping with the story).

If I suffered a disfigurment - Yes
Cause I had a few too many bevvies, was pushing 50 and 'sagging' a little - pi55 off.
There are some that really need to go under the knife but there are loads more that really don't need to.
One of our receptionists had a nose job last year, and was soooo excited. I'd never realised her konk was that big and if you ask me it's done nothing for her. Not that she shouldn't want to look good but it particularly surprised me as she is married so obviously it didn't stop her finding someone.

In this case it was vanity.
That and the fact that he couldn't see that the solution to him feeling a little self-concious at aged 50 (guessing) when clubbing with teenagers was to....retire gracefully from the clubbing scene....
I mean, its not like he looks 20 in the "after" picture.
Each to his own and all that I guess....

I'm currently waiting to have orthognathic surgery done. I have always been very concious of my chin (or rather lack of chin) and crooked teeth. I asked my dentist if anything could be done and now I'm about to have my lower jaw elongated.
It's partially cosmetic but there is also a medical need. It will help with chewing and I will have a much inproved bite after the op.
I don't consider myself vain in any way and would not consider having a facelift or botox or anything like that.

Judging by those pictures, the surgeon grafted on a goatee beard, plastered him in fake tan and then photographed him with soft lighting.
