Headlights again

I thought I'd fixed my headlights after finding a blown track on the PCB for the control unit, however they've now failed again, this time popping the fuse that supplies the clock, instruments, fag lighter and that control unit, there was also a nice burning PCB aroma when it went so I'm guessing something isn't quite right.

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for this control unit? The Steve Heath bible predates the cars that the magical black boxes.
