Barclays smartphone cheque deposit.

I'm i'm referring to the Barclays smart phone app that allows you to take an image of the check and then deposit the amount in your account using the smart phone app. It appears to work right up until the point where I pressed send and then it says that there is a problem. Call centre and in branch seem clueless about this. Anybody using this successfully?.
