Rear light/brake light etc on R8 Maloo.

Need to replace reversing light bulb on a 2002 HSV VU2 R8 Maloo but how do I get at bulb? Does tray have to be removed? Must be an easier way. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Mines a vy ute and I have to undo tray on the side that you need to do, lift it from the Middle so it comes away from the side, then there is a plate with a million screws, (that's what it seems like) then there's your access, done it a few times now as fitted fog light to the rhs reverse lamp and then a reverse camera, bloody awful design, quirky is not the word lol

Yes, you will need to pull the liner back to get to the panel.
