1938 Austin Seven Ruby

Over the years I've had some PH worthy cars (C63, 996, Exige's etc) but nothing makes 30 mph feel fast like an Austin Seven! I bought it earlier this afternoon from a local classic dealer and it should be delivered in the next days.

Tax and MOT exempt!

I'll post some more pictures later if there's interest. Just need to get myself a cloth cap and a pipe.

They look like toy cars when parked next to today's metal. And I love the tyres that are about the same width as my MTB tyres, must be fun in the wet!

Superb stuff - my father had a 1925 pram hood chummy (an unreliable PiTA but no less fun for that) which I drove regularly.
I got to keep the Morris instead though!
