Porsche Specialist in Essex, United Kingdom Required

I have just put in an offer on a very nice condition 07 3.4 987 Sports from a private seller in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, United Kingdom and I am looking for a Porsche specialist in the area to check the car out for me - specifically a bore inspection to check for scoring. Does anyone know of a specialist in that area?

Yup another Vote for DSD in fact they would definitely be my preference

I have also used HP Motorsport in Fairlop. They all good guys and last time I was in there they had 4 997.1 3.8 Engines in for engine rebuilds including IMS and bore scoring..1 of which was a car out sourced from an OPC. - hope this helps.

I'd never heard of them before and I'm not that far away from them. I don't think they specialise in Porsche.
My choice would be Autostrasse in Coggleshall or DSD Motorweks near Hutton - both recognised Porsche specialists.

HP are very good.

I thought MotorAid specialised in Mercedes.
I think the guys who own it are into Porkas, but I have seen them at DSD's having work done last year so obviously not that specialist!
