that looks good value considering a 2006 manual is still in the £45-£50k range
I wouldn't be bothered buying a car like this from a non specialist, it is low milage & newish, get a top independent to inspect it at your expense and don't worry about a warranty (especially with this engine variant)

Thought this would make a good stickie...
Looking at this car but looks too cheap to be true:

They seem like a reputable dealer and have good reviews on Google.
Also, anyone notice anything major missing from the spec?
Cheers
looks a good deal that, would be tempted myself if I was wanting a PDK, check what sports seats they are, adaptive sports seats are my strong preference and think they are as I think I see the grey plastic backs. Also, anyone notice anything major missing from the spec?

only thing I would do immediately on purchase is get the side skirts and front and rear lip painted white

Definitely something dodgy about that. The advert says 2005 which is too early for a 997tt. Also if you check the reg it is listed as a Porsche 911 Turbo S with a reg date of 05/05 which would make it a 996. I'd agree it's a scamLooking at this car but looks too cheap to be true:
