How did the LMP3s compare to the LMP2s and GTEs?

Frankly, not a clue! I'm standing there in the cold and wet with one eye attached to a camera, and I haven't seen the timing sheets as yet. Seemed to be running well. Probably available on t'interweb I guess. Strange how the LMP3 class doesn't exist though!

Another unrelated question, but sort of Joker related...how did the Viper look and sound? Is it going to be a 20 lap wonder or will it make it all the way, albeit at the back?

http://www.24h-lemans.com/wpphpFichiers/1/1/ressou...

79 pages in total with class/sector etc if you really want to get a**l smile

pace appears to be similar to fastest GTE, just under 4 mins or for another comparison 2/3 secs slower than the LMP1 Nissans

Hoy in the 74 i think was there to do his mandatory 10 laps ready for 2016?

Viper is there or there abouts by the look of it

One of them entered the Britcar / Dunlop 24hr at Silverstone last month. Left everything standing until they had teething problems. Apparently they'd only put the 1st one together 2 weeks before the race so think it was just a bit of a shakedown for it.

Did I hear there's going to be a LMP3 class in the ELMS next year?

Scrap that there's a LMP3 class in ELMS this year biggrin
