I want to buy a friend a flight experience/ trial lesson, preferably in a vintage aircraft from Goodwood or Shoreham or similar. He would love to fly in a Spitfire but, at £2750 for 30 mins, that's a bit out of budget! Looking at the £300 mark.

I've looked at the Goodwood website and Perry Air and Buy a Gift etc. Any others I may have missed? Any more specialist providers? Maybe some knows someone who provides flights?

I believe there are a few vintage options out of Compton Abbas, and you can fly down to the coast, over Portland Bill, etc if that suits? Remember that a lot of the smaller planes will have a pax weight limit, if that is any sort of an issue?

Yes seen that, it's the preferred option if nothing else comes up, looking at the trial lesson for £325 though.

Something like a Stearman or a Tiger Moth would probably be cheaper. It depends on how warlike he would like his warbird.
