Problems emailing another member

I'm trying to send a message to another member, and using the "email me" link in their profile. They haven't received any of the messages I've sent, and I haven't had a copy emailed to me.. Help please

His admin tab states that he can accept and email members, perhaps he doesn't want to reply or he hasn't seen your mail.

It's unlikely, but PH pm system may have issues?

I've asked and he said he hasn't received any messages. Also I haven't received a copy of my messages to my email?
