Audi Q7 Bixenon headlight upgrade

Does anyone know what is involved in upgrading the headlights on an early car to the later 2011- Bixenons with the LED running lights? I'm trying to sell a set and people with early cars are asking me if they will fit. I'm sure the answer is yes, they will fit but I want to know if there is additional wiring or other modifications needed so I can advise prospective buyers accurately.
