Cheap 997 turbo - dodgy??
Discussion
I would be very suspicious. Not only of the price but also that the description seems very vague. If there is no attempt to sell the car in the description- they don't care to make the effort I can't imagine they would make the effort to prep/ take care of the car properly. It sets alarm bells ringing in my mind. It's also definitely not an S version that was a 3.8L engine and was gen 2 only.

Comes back as a 2005 PORSCHE 911 TURBO S COUPE on HPI, all clear apart from plate change.
So its a 996 turbo S then?
From the registration number in the photos the DVLA have it down as a "911 MK 997" as well as being 911 Turbo S. The VIN reveals it's a 2005 996: WP0ZZZ99Z5S680260The pictures look very much like a proper 997 to me though (no sign of it being a facelifted 996). So, either the registration number shown in the photos isn't the one for the car being sold, or a 997 has been given the identity of a 996 (quite possibly a Turbo S but your local OPC should be able to confirm). If the former then you need the correct registration before enquiring further, and if it's the latter you have to be concerned about the true identity of the 997 (plugging diagnostics in should help with finding the real VIN)

Noone seems concerned about the name of the dealership: LANDAN MOTORS!
Their stock ranges from... Fiat Punto 1.2 Active 5dr 3 Months Warranty for £590
to...
Ferrari California 4.3 2dr •••EXCELLENT FUEL ECONOMY••• for £112,000
with numerous bits of exotica in-between. Strange indeed along with the fact all the low price cars are pictured in a truck yard and all the high end ones are various library pictures from various dealerships i'll now have to go for dodgy i think.
Shame, i'd have went for the fiat punto but it doesn't seem to share the "•••EXCELLENT FUEL ECONOMY•••" of the Ferrari and Porsche.

Note that the domain was registered on 2 June! And the domain that redirects to it, simoncarsales.co.uk, was registered in April this year. Now they *could* just be a new dealer starting out, but...
