Whenever I read the descriptions that people have put up of changing the clutch by turning the gearbox to point north, getting Jeremy Beadle's hands in or hiring a gynaecologist I always think it'd be easier to avoid the fannying about and just resign yourself to taking the engine out. It's not exactly difficult and gives you chance to fettle a few other bits at the same time.Wedg1e said:

Swingers and Roustabouts... if you take the engine out you need a crane. I used to have to pick up the hire crane in my Wedge, do the job on the Wedge, then return the crane, so it had to go right or else!adam quantrill said:
