Can someone advice what high Lymphocyte's could mean?

I've now had comprehensive bloods done with a few items being outside of normal range. These are:
CD2+ (T,NK) 2172 (1310 - 2080)
CD3 + CD8 + ABS 863 (280-600)
CD19+ 473 (80-300)
I presume these show some sort of infection is being fought. Perhaps serious, perhaps not.
Anyhow I'm in Asia for this week on work so can't see my doctor until 10 days time so wanted to see if anyone had Hemotology experience.
