How to chill your beers without a fridge - Campsite physics
Discussion
Needed:
-coolbox
-Ice from the poisonnerie at Carrefour or another supermarket of your choice
-water
-500 grs. of salt
-cans or bottles of your favourite brew or soda.
Fill the coolbox with a decent amount of water. Add the the crushed ice from the fish department, add the salt and stir. The salt will lower the melting temperature of the ice by about 10 - 15 degrees °C. The sludge will get very cold! Put in your cans and stubbies. Wait for a while for the drinks to reach drinking temperature (a lot shorter than without the salt!!)
Cheers!
