Looks in good nick, and has quality tyres on it with pretty much full main dealer history, so the previous owner clearly wasn't afraid to spend money on it.

Looks like it's got xenons which is a bonus

Only thing I can thing of is the haldex oil being changed, think it's 40k? Should be in the book given the dealer history. If you ring the dealer concerned they may be able to tell you if its being in for any additional work

That does look rather good. I do like the interior especially the alcantara compared with full leather.

It also seems to have been services only a few thousand miles ago, as mentioned above so long as the haldex system has had a fluid change you really should be in the clear for a while.

If you do go ahead with the purchase I'd swap from long life servicing to standard annual oil changes as there are mixed feelings about the longevity of the long life and the worry of sludging issues.

Looks lovely but yes, longlife servicing totally inappropriate for such low mileage use. Needs to be every 12 months or 10k, whichever is the sooner.

Incredibly expensive for a 10-year old A3

I don't place that much value on the low mileage as it isn't always that good for the car, and be indicative its only been used for short runs.

Having said that it could be Ok, really depends on your viewpoint I guess...
