That's pretty much was what I thought it would be, this should be interesting with two cars then.

Deffo 1 car per pitch on the camping pass, but I think you can pay extra (?) space permitting to park your extra car away from your pitch on a first come first served basis. Obviously that depends on campsite....

Where are you?

Houx Annexe, ill see if I can find another ticket then.

I am normally very organised but as my friends decided they didn’t want to go this year and then turned around and changed this mind this week and now it’s a mad rush!

Unless I'm mistaken the people on the gate will take the camping ticket, write your numberplate on the front of it and ask you to display it in the window

So if your mate turns up behind you without a ticket, they'll look at him funny and tell him to drive off id imagine

Edit:

Maybe he could ditch his car in the MM Arena car park next door to Houx Annexe, I don't know what the rules are for that though during the race weekend, but if memory serves me correctly it wasn't used much in 2012

Easily solved with a bit of lateral thinking!

We normally have 5-6 cars on our 4 pitches as everyone wants to drive or arrive/leave on different days...

They are getting much stricter, in the last few years it has always been one car per pass and the number gets written on and everytime you leave the pass is scanned to stop people going in with passes and then the same ones used again. Old dodges that used to work may not work this year, is it really worth the risk.

Thanks for the info chaps, its pretty much what I thought to be honest. The problem I have is one group of mates want to go and set up a day before and the mate which I will be going with wants to leave a day later. However, I dont want to leave my car anywhere other than the campsite for the weekend.

Did you buy tickets for it in advance or did you turn up on the day and park there?

Does this mean, as we have 2 car/camping passes that we have 2 non numbered pitches in Houx? (I didn't book and dont quite know how it works)

Gents
I have a little parking solution in Parc Vert which is on the Bugatti circuit just up from Houx and the Annexe.
So PM me if interested. Somewhere close to put your spare cars.
