I had a new steering wheel fitted yesterday by Jack at Royal Steering wheels and i must say it really is fantastic quality, OEM quality work.

All fitted and done in under 20 minutes.

how long does it take from when the wheel is given to him?

I know at least for Porsche he will do an exchange, you pay a surcharge and he refunds when he receives your wheel back.
