Raineries parking help

It's actually incredibly easy, you need to be on the main dual carriageway with the aerodrome and circuit to your left, you basically drive past the circuit and you'll see a Total petrol station on the left, pull off just there (immediately before the forecourt) and there are some big white gates, go in there and entrance on your left

Is it not this, but swap left to right? Travelling on the dual carriageway heading towards the circuit, airport and circuit would be on the right? Turning off at petrol station. You should avoid traffic queues also if coming from the south.

Yes this seems right, according to google maps too. Are there lot's of queues around 7-8am saturday morning? You should avoid traffic queues also if coming from the south.
I doubt it very much at that time.
The dual carriageway gets really badly clogged up on the approach to the circuit from the north as the race gets closer. Approaching from the South is usually pain free and leaving that way, as long as you're not trying to negotiate the roads around the circuit entrance.
Which direction are you coming in from?

Lavals nice. Hmmm... You've got a couple of options. Out of peak times, you'd be alright with main motorway/dual carriageway in.
I'd probably do... D57 out of Laval, d357, join junction 8 of a11 south, off at junction 9 onto d326. That then leads straight to parking.
Going back, do the roundabout at the rotunde and do route in reverse. Doubt you'd have many traffic issues any time of day then.

Its definitely on the LEFT driving south on the dual carriageway NOT North as you cant get across to the entrance across the central reservation
So if approaching from the south you would need to go up the slip road and round the roundabout and back south. This is very very congested and takes ages
Its also not clearly signed at all but the Total garage is the marker.

My understanding for the entrance to Raineries is to turn right just as the slip road starts for the Total garage? Then drive behind the garage and that leads to the parking area? The Total garage is on the northbound carriageway.

That's alright....
Yeah the rotunde roundabout can be a bit blocked up but never found it too too bad. I access Expo from there, but any hold up is normally off the roundabout as a result of the French just parking (dumping car) anywhere they deem fit. Or going for the car park entry without a ticket and then surprisingly being told to reverse out.
