Interior Cleaning..

Just wondered if anyone could recomend a good vinyl/leather cleaner for my chimaera's interior..

I have tried the autoglyme leather cleaner, but this seems to leave shinny patches on the vinyl...

so can anyone recomend another product.....???

In my experience, all vinyl cleaners leave a sheen - even the low gloss ones. I've tried Autoglym, Zymol and armorall and they all do it. For this reason I dont use it anywhere near the dashboard - only on the doors and sills (its an S2000, not a TVR, so there is more vinyl). Leather cleaner on Vinyl wont do any harm, vinyl cleaner on leather will though, so dont mix up your bottles/cloths.

I just use a mild soap and a clean cloth to clean the vinyl on the dash.

It is a UV protectant that also cleans an improves the look of a lot of surfaces. I am going to buy some for the vinyl top on my car and may try it on the dash.
