replacing 2JZGE engine from lexus IS 300

Following on from the thread regarding the wife killing our 2002 lexus IS 300 sportcross

looking for advice on removing the old engine and replacing with guaranteed second hand unit , cant find any Haynes manuals for this model , its a 2JZGE with VVT-i

I have an engine crane, tools etc

any advice would be appreciated or pdf of works manual
