My sales have dropped and can't figure out why, can only assume it is due to the weather. Using the time to make sure my inventory is up to date and looking for new suppliers instead! Anyone else noticed any difference?

Depends on the business but summer usually brings a lull to proceedings. Who wants to sit at home on the computer when you could be making the most of the bett3r weather.....or maybe saving for that summer break?

It's been very quiet for us this week as well - busier on Ebay than Amazon but not by much. Could be something to do with half term or weather getting a bit warmer but we've got lots of summer stock so I'm not going to complain!

God knows whats going on. Were a new business so i wouldnt say weve been rushed our feet anyway whilst we build up feedback etc. but this is just crazy.

Haha bedding and soft furnishings. It is normally a little quiet at this time of the year but not like this! Fingers crossed it picks up this week.

Ebay has been quiet for a while for me. A lot of my listings have dropped down the rankings recently, very frustrating!

Tumbleweed!

Very glad it's not just me though. I'm going to use the quiet time to eat into my bottomless to-do list.

Yeah Amazon has been pretty poor, but we still have a few bits selling. Our website sales took a little dip towards the end of last week. People enjoying the weather instead of shopping online I guess.

Im in the same position. June has been quiet but looking back at last years figures for this time of the year and its roughly the same. Although that dosent help not panicking, looking for a proper job, thinking the world is going to end etc. Who said this self employed malaky would be less stressfull ?

A lot of my stock is quite big (car headlights / rear lights) so the postage cost is my biggest issue, plus any Returns also causes a lot hassle. I do post all the smaller items i have worldwide but once the buyer sees the postage (i subsidise it but they dont see that) i end up with too many unpaid item cases.
