Thanks for the reply's on Sills....Has anyone seen this sight, Car-Parts-Warehouse.com as usual I guess if its too good a price then whats the catch! Check this site out £40 incl vat full for the sill. I have asked what the difference is compared to the Porsche original sills (steel grade / thickness) I wait to hear back from them.
Any thoughts?

Don't confuse a bit of steel plate for the sill, as some sellers offer. The Porsche part is the entire section: inner, middle and outer, the whole length. It's original quality and will lst as long as the originals, if not longer. It'll fit, and look original afterwards.
If you don't need to replace the whole sill, then the bodyshop will fabricate something without you needing to buy parts. The single sheet panels look more as if they're meant to be whacked on to cover the rot, not replace it.
What does your repairer advise?

As above, if not too far gone then they can be patched, but if they are a bit further gone, it is worth using oe panels imo.
My Turbo has had the sills replaced previously and pattern sills used, they have been finished neatly at the sill return but the shape is not quite the same as OE and they don't have the jacking point diamond.
The outer sill panel you buy from Porsche is the full outer from A pillar to seam line before it meets rear quarter lower - it does not include the intermediate panel, this is available from Porsche also, but can be patch repaired if necessary.
This image below should help:

#3 is the outer sill, and pretty sure #18 is the intermediate panel.
