Firstly, Mr Sturdy on the V8UK stand, lubing up his ankles strangely enough! Didn't think Vette owners were that bad ??

Then a Red Pontiac (reg ending YVG) also on display.

Then lastly, a silver Monaro in the parking (reg ending VXL)

Had a great day and saw some awesome motors thumbup

Some dirtier than others...........eh Mr S !! hehe

Went with my lad who now knows every generation of Mustang.

I was like a pig in st. I have never seen so much muscle in one place. The condition of the majority of cars was amazing.

Yep those F5000s were loud. Great day.

Was a silver Chevy Lumina SS in the top field, it's on here as I've e-mailed the owner I'm pretty sure smile

And yes, mine was probably the dirtiest car inside the track. I was expecting to be parked in the car park, then Andy who organised the stand said for me to come in so we snuck the Ro in hehe

You'll be pleased to know it's clean now as it needed stickering up for Le Mans thumbup

Yes had chevy badges on it but you could see the Holden Lion under and it looked like the chevy badges were thrown on at the last moment to get the car in biggrin also it was an RHD and not LHD like the pontiac was in the pit area. rolleyes

Hi yes that's my lumina there , had those badges on it for the last 4 yrs I've owned it , it's not the correct bumper for it, it shouldn't have the grille badge , that's a monaro bumper one day I'll find a good commodore ss one, or I'll get round to modifying the grill. I was given some tickets late on Saturday eve and wasn't expecting to be let in as its not fully American despite its badges .
I usually get told at Australia Day I'm not allowed in because of its badges , which I know the purists don't like , but I don't mind it

Well we snuck it in by using one of the other stand passes for someone who was already on the stand, so wouldn't want to guarantee you could get in next year, although to be honest there were some random cars dotted about inside...

It was made easier because it was on the V8UK stand, so the number plate helped with the cover story smile
