4.2 Adaptives/TPS/Rollover valve
Discussion
Now I've got my Cerb back up and running, it is throwing AFR errors on both banks after a brief blast.. Which it wasn't before I changed the plugs/leads/coilpacks/fuel filter.
I've got it hooked up to Aide's excellent RS-AJP app and it is showing high adaptives on part/no throttle.. Bank 1 is fine at idle, 2 is running around 25. However as soon as you apply some throttle they both drop to around 0. Both TPS's are in sync, giving almost identical readings throughout the travel. Although they never give 100%, both topping out at 94.7% (is this an issue?).
Seems to be a part throttle issue.. Where to start looking? Or is it just a case of setup or give it more of a run? It is popping and banging even more than usual atm, but running seemingly better than it ever has..
As an addition, after a run, I can hear a gurgling from the filler area (from inside), release the cap and it seems to be creating a greater vacuum in the tank than it was. Rollover valve?

Bank 2 is flowing more air than expected for the TP reading. Assuming this is due to the set-up rather than air leaks I'd suggest the folllowing.
The positive adaptive shows the ECU is adding more fuel to the mix over and above the base map to maintain the correct AFR. Adjust the TP so it shows a higher reading and the adaptive value should drop. To maintain equal TP readings and keep the banks balanced the idle stop will then need adjusting to shut the throttles on Bank 2, and the link rod adjusting so that Bank 1's position remains as it was originally.

Well.. After chatting to Aide, he pointed out the obvious I was missing.. My TPS' were set to 15% at idle, not the prescribed 18%.. Reset them and boom.. Adaptives mainly 0 or -ve. Although... It does still run lean on overrun, pininging the AFR on bank 2! Definitely gained me a few horses and torques as well, feels quite feisty now.
