Gents camera envy took hold after Spa and I've now shelled out for a GoPro. Any recommendations on the external microphone make and routing to the rear if the car please?

I bought this HQ extension cable. Double shielded and GOLD plated. 5 meter

P/N : HQSS2423/5

Extension cable running under seat and under the parcel shelf carpet, drill small hole into boot.
I bought a cheap Mic from Amazon which is fitted on rear number plate, wire can be fed between body and rear number plate light.

I am not sure but I think GoPro has a non standard mic connection.

Behind the seat backs, below the hood pivot bolt, there is a slit in the carpet (to access the nut on the pivot bolt) this void goes through to the boot.. no drilling required smile
