"Last contributor" link broken

Hi folks,
One for the bug list for the devs. If you attempt to view someone's profile by clicking on their name in the Last Contributor column in a specific forum, the link does not work.
Examining it, the link looks like you're missing the userId parameter when you construct it.

Pete said the fix was going to be out shortly after 19th May but it's still fuggered.
