Driving on the track

We usually arrive around 2am on Friday morning and enjoy a spirited drive from the top of Mulsanne to Arnage before setting up our pitch.

I heard rumors the track was going to be closed off this year. Can anyone confirm or deny?

I doubt its true as its a public road.

They are re-routing the public road and Arnage and Indianapolis will become permanent race track is my understanding.

I am not sure when this will happen though

Yep, that was the plan. Not heard anything on it from lowdrag so guessing it hasn't happened yet.

Next year this will not be possible to drive as its will be closed to normal traffic and become track only, I read this last year and am keen to get some last footage of my car on this part of the track!
