Amp recommendation / moon on a stick

Hi all,
I've been asked by a friend to help look for an amp to power 6 speakers in Room A, plus a pair in Room B. Room A is a large open plan space and we'll probably have to run the speakers in serial. Room B is a small, low ceilinged kitchen space with ceiling speakers.
He'd like the following features:
DAB / Internet radio (wifi preferable)
Streaming from itunes
USB port for external music drive OR possible onboard storage that music library can be copied to
Be able to read Apple format music files
CD drive
I've started looking and can find amps that answer various combinations of the above but nothing that does all or at least the majority. I'm not sure that there is actually one that will do them all. Any recommendations?
Needless to say, my mate is trying to do this on a budget so I'm thinking something from Richer Sounds or someone like that.
