I am shortly going to advertise on PH's classifieds my faithful VXR8 it has been a great car the last 4 years and could not have wished for a better drive and still is and I do still wonder if I have done the right thing, I will shortly be picking up a new set of wheels to replace the beast.

Wow. That's a surprise. eek

I thought you were in for the duration. What's the replacement going to be - or is that a secret until it happens?

You've done so much work to it recently!

If I had the uplift in difference from mine, I would gladly take it off your hands but not happening with new bambino!

When Sarge's car came up I had to act fast as I knew it was such a nice motor, it is the only car that I would have sold mine for.
Had a run out in it today, sarge at the wheel, jeez!!!!! that car is stonkingly fast, it's the only car I have been in that has made my face skin move back on my skull !!! my first drive will be when I pick it up, really looking forward to that smile

Deposit has also been put down on my VXR8

Well done!

I was seriously pondering swapping mine for this last night, slept on it over night as I wasn't sure. But early bird gets the worm and all that smile

I could not have sold "White Lightening" to a nicer chap.

For sure he will look after it as well or maybe better than me.

Going out of group for a re-think as regards road cars, getting so much of a buzz out of my racing which is giving me my "fix" for now.

Sad and happy to see it go, if you know what I mean.

Have got the hots for a Raptor 150 though as a great tow car.

The very best of luck Mick with your new car, enjoy. smile

Well done to the both of you clap

Hell both cars are swapping hands at a great rate of knots....

It's a credit to both of you and the way you looked after them yes

You will be missed Sarge cry but don't go far

I'm sure the classic lines of the Monaro will call you back hehe
